Please Note: with all the "spam" filters that each Internet Service Provider puts on their E-mail systems, many of you seem not to be able to receive our E-mail replies to your customer service inquiries. These filters are really NOT technically advanced enough yet to ONLY block spam. AOL is one of the worst . . . I know, I have it. I had to remove ALL of their filtering because it was blocking messages from my friends. So, be sure to either disable your filters or check your "junk" box for our replies to your inquiries.
